Return & Refund

At ED Generic store, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive or find any damage in products, you will not get that damage order, instead you will receive a new packaged order. You have to provide us your bank details like bank name, IFSC code of bank, and account number for the refund process.

In case, any customer asks us to refund then you will get 100% refund. Refunds will proceed in 2 to 5 business days. You have to wait a minimum of 30 days to get a refund. To receive an order, you have to wait for at least 7 to 10 days for your order to ship at your respective resident place.

Refunds will not proceed if  we receive an order unsealed or damaged.

Confirming the orders

When customers place an order and fill the sign-up form they will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get confirmation mail, you will most likely get mail within 24 hours. As soon as your  order is placed, we will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
